At Victory Locks Pvt. Ltd., we take pride in delivering high-quality architectural hardware crafted with precision and care. Each product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement before dispatch by emailing victorylockspvtltd@gmail.com. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Custom finishes, made-to-order, and clearance items are non-cancellable.
Return & Replacement
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and invoices intact.
Customers must share the defect details and reason for return, along with clear photos or a video, by emailing victorylockspvtltd@gmail.com.
All return requests will be reviewed and approved by the company based on the validity and reasonableness of the issue.
Once your return is approved and inspected, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as applicable. A ₹100 processing fee applies per return (non-refundable). Victory Locks will bear reverse shipping costs only in case of damaged or wrong deliveries.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). Refunds will not be made for custom orders, clearance items, or products showing signs of use or installation.
